The Foundation is open. The founders allow accession to the Foundation. Each and every Hungarian or foreign citizen, legal entity, organisation without a legal person, or any association form Hungary or abroad can many-sidedly join with the realisation of the aims of the Foundation provided they agree with and sponsor them materially or by any other means.

The administrative body of the Foundation: The founder establish a Board of Trustees for the purposes of managing the Foundation. The Board of trustees include:

The way of utilising the available assets:
- Applications
- Awarding individual donations
- Purchasing equipment
- Establishing and financing foundation schools
- The Foundation shall utilise its business result on achieving the aims and activities prescribed in the Charter.
- The Board of Trustees shall decide on the amount and the utilisation of the donations
- The Board is allowed to use the interests of the assets of the Foundation in order to award those outstandingly contributing to the vement of the goals
- The Foundation shall grant social acknowledgement to the sponsors with its special document
- The Foundation is not allowed to carry out or sponsor a direct political activity, it is independent of any parties and it does not finance parties.

The donors of the Foundation - according to a qualification of excellence - will be invoiced of the amount of donation, and can receive allowances from the taxable income under the current taxation law.

The supervisory authority of the Foundation as an organisation of public interest:

The tax inspection of the Foundation as a an organisation of public interest shall be carried out by ‚APEH Győr-Moson-Sopron Megyei Igazgatósága™ ( The Board of Directors of Győr-Moson-Sopron County Tax Revenue office). Inspection of the utilization of the budgetary financial assistance shall be carried out by ‚Állami Számvevőszék™ (State Audit Office). Legal supervisory authority (as far as the public interest operation is concerned) shall be carried out by the Prosecutor's Office.

PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION

Making use of its equipment and forces of mobilisation, the Foundation would like to base its principles on European values of centuries old, and it aims to transmit these values to cultural centres of Hungary and also to communicate our exquisite traditions to those public organisations abroad which are working on establishing a united Europe.

The Foundation endeavours to cultivate cultural and scientific connections in western Hungary - in particular in the 'Golden Triangle' of Győr-Vienna-Bratislava (Pozsony). It sponsors the spreading of contemporary art mostly by espousing the talented young people. The Foundation, under its own auspices, will open a theatrical workshop, a journalist school, a light opera, chanson and song school and a folk dance school.
